When placing an order with us, we kindly ask that you make sure your billing/mailing  address and shipping address match. Your billing/mailing address must match or be associated with your bank card used at the time of checkout. Entering this information incorrectly can result in failed payment processing. Orders flagged for suspicious activity will have access revoked to shopkcgs.com. Please enter an address that is not a P.O. Box as we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. KC Glamm Studio LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Kindly, reach out to your mail carrier for further assistance. Check tracking info for updates on your package. All packages require a signature upon delivery. 

Order Processing & Shipping

Standard Shipping 5-7 Business Days

Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, shipping, and handling. If an order is placed on Friday, processing will take place the next business day, Monday.

We offer Express Shipping 2-3 Business Days

Once is order received, processed, packaged, & shipped you will receive your tracking number. 

Please allow 1-2 Business days  for tracking information once your order is placed. Once your order is shipped, tracking info will be updated. Your tracking number will be sent to your email associated with your order #. Please check Spam/Junk folders if tracking does not appear in your Main Inbox.

Changes to your Order?

To ensure quick deliveries, all orders are processed daily. Once your payment is complete, no modifications can be made. Please thoroughly check and complete your checkout as accurately as possible to ensure your order is delivered in a timely fashion.
